Terms and Conditions for Combined Hair Removal Procedures:

The treatment plan is personalized and adjusted according to the client’s hair growth and results.

Booking

The client books the procedures for the next calendar month by the end of the previous month at the latest, according to their personalized treatment plan. This allows both specialists to plan their working hours and ensures the smooth continuation of treatments.

Payment

To confirm the booking for the following month, the client pays an advance payment of 50% of the total amount for that month’s planned procedures.
The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the procedures, unless agreed otherwise by both parties.

Discount Price

The combined treatment plan prices include a special discount (10%–15% off per procedure). This price applies only to clients who participate in the combined hair removal plan and follow the agreed procedure schedule.

Modifying the Treatment Plan

The treatment plan is personalized and may be adjusted according to changes in hair growth and achieved results. If necessary, the number or duration of laser or electrolysis procedures may be increased or decreased.

Cancellations and Discontinuation

The client has the right to withdraw from the combined hair removal plan at any time.
Please note that the advance payment already made is intended for performing the booked procedures and reserving the specialists’ time; therefore, the advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If the client wishes to continue using the service without the combined hair removal plan, services will be provided according to the standard price list in effect.
Procedure cancellation and rescheduling conditions apply in accordance with the service provider’s general booking terms.

Important Information

Combined permanent hair removal is a long-term treatment plan. Results are individual and depend on factors such as hair growth, hair thickness, hair density, hormonal factors, and how consistently the hair removal plan is followed.
